We offer a 14-day return guarantee from the date you receive your order. This allows you to return defective products, products sent in error, or products you no longer want (this last case does not include products supplied "on request").

If the product is defective or incomplete, please do not hesitate to contact us so we can provide you with the necessary parts or a complete replacement, ensuring you receive a product in perfect condition.

Returned products must arrive in perfect condition and with their original, unopened packaging. They will be replaced with similar products (if you wish).

We will not refund shipping or return costs under any circumstances, except when the return is due to a processing error on our part. If returned products do not arrive at our warehouse in perfect condition, a partial refund will be issued depending on their condition.

The shipping time for a new product to replace the defective one will be 5 days once the product has been received at our facilities
