Shipping
We ship to all countries worldwide, either by mail or courier (your choice)
All our shipping options include package tracking and shipping insurance.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on the volumetric weight and destination country of your order.
We will send you the tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Shipments to non-continental and/or remote destinations may be subject to additional delivery times and surcharges.
Shipping options are:
Courier: Available for Peninsula and mainland Spain of most European Union countries and certain countries in the rest of the world. NOT AVAILABLE for orders delivered to PO Boxes.
Postal Mail: Available worldwide, and REQUIRED for deliveries to PO Boxes.
Delivery Time:
- Peninsular Spain and Portugal: 48-72h
- Canary Islands: 3-5 days
- Europe ( EU): 4-7 days
- UK: 5-8 days
- EEUU y Rest World: 10-15 days
Order Processing
All orders are checked and dispatched manually.
After this check, you will receive an order status confirmation via email.
Due to this individual and personalized attention process, it may take several hours for you to receive your order confirmation, as this procedure is only carried out during our business hours.
Throughout the entire purchase process, including stock checking, packaging, payment processing, and shipping, you will be notified by email of all the details of your order.
The processing time is 24 hours, unless the order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, in which case it will be processed on the next business day.
